- Each person is only allowed to vote once.
- You are not allowed to encourage people from outside of the magic community to vote for you, or anyone else. You may publicise your, or anyone elses, nomination within the magic community.
- You may not offer incentives to vote for you, or anyone else.
- Awards are given for the term of April last year to April this year, annually
- When using the award in publicity or other uses, the term of the award must be stated (e.g - TMW Award for Best Trick, 06-07)
